

I didn’t grow up with confidence.
My early life was turbulent, and like many people who later find their way into helping professions, I spent my childhood navigating instability, anxiety, and shyness. Performing arts became my first lifeline - singing and acting helped me find my voice, rebuild my confidence, and discover parts of myself I didn’t know existed.That path took me into a successful career as an actress and singer, performing across the UK and Europe. From the outside it looked bright and exciting, but inside I could feel the emotional patterns from my past still shaping my life. Burnout eventually brought everything into sharp focus: I was achieving, but I wasn’t healing. And I wanted something deeper, calmer, and more meaningful.My curiosity about the mind, spirituality, and personal transformation led me to explore hypnotherapy. I trained clinically at The Clifton Practice in Bristol and went on to work successfully with clients on weight loss, stress, anxiety, phobias, and more. I also studied QHHT after being inspired by Dolores Cannon’s work - combining the practical with the intuitive in a way that felt deeply aligned.At that time, my life was moving through a period of transition, and I made the intentional choice to pause my practice so I could focus on creating the stability and balance I knew would support my long term work as a therapist. Over the years that followed, I created a life I genuinely feel at home in - a loving family, emotional stability, and a sense of peace I had always longed for. That journey has shaped me into the therapist I am today: calm, grounded, empathetic, and deeply committed to supporting others through their own transformations.Now, I offer online Solution Focused Hypnotherapy for clients who want gentle, practical, empowering support wherever they are in the world. I also create free hypnotherapy recordings on YouTube, because I believe everyone should have access to tools that help them feel safe, calm, and in control.I’m here to help you reconnect with your confidence, reduce anxiety, and create changes that feel natural, sustainable, and deeply supportive of the life you want to build.
